Can Linh Hồn Phêro Nguyễn Văn Can Van Nguyen

Can Van Nguyen, age 93, a devoted husband and loving father, passed away on the morning of Friday May 2, 2014, after a short battle with Melanoma cancer. Can was born on February 20, 1921 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam to Nguyen Van Lang and Nguyen Thi Thang. There, he met his soul mate of 65 years, Giong Thi Nguyen. They moved to Nha Trang, Vietnam in 1954, where they raised their children until 1975. With the fall of Saigon, Can relocated his family to the United States for better opportunities. Can is survived by his wife Giong, children (Thao, Men, Tri, Thong, Vinh, Can, Lan, and Minh) and their spouses, as well as twenty four grandchildren and great grandchildren.
