Bruce Earl Lanz

Bruce was born November 9, 1943 in Lake Charles Louisiana, to Edith Bradley and Charles Lanz.

He graduated from Smiley High School and received his associates from Texas A&M. He married Patricia M Lanz on May 2, 1973.

Bruce had a career in electrical for Abmbo Electrical. He was a member of the Aldine Masonic Lodge and had a passion for model airplanes. crossword puzzles and lock smithing.

Bruce is survived by; daughter Pamela Kelley; and son-in-law Cliff Kelley; sister Gretchen Dowda; granddaughter Brittany Roberts, grandson Cliff Kelley, grandson Christopher Kelley, grandson-in-law Steven Roberts, granddaughter-in-law Lorena Kelley, great granddaughter Chelsea Roberts, great grandson Connor Kelley, great grand daughter Mackenzie Kelley and great grandson Colton Kelley.

Bruce was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Lanz; mother Edith Bradley; father Charles Lanz and step father George Paul; sister Connie Fitch.

A visitation for Bruce will be held Friday, July 19, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home with a burial to immediately follow at Brookside Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers are Cliff Kelley, Cliff Kelley Jr , Christopher Kelley, Connor Kelley, Steven Roberts and Christopher Roberts.
