Bruce Brock Douglass of Houston, Texas went to be with his Lord on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Houston, Texas. He was born December 31 1938 in Phoenix, Arizona to parents Bruce Brock Douglass and Ruth Thompson.

Bruce was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. He is survived by his children: Michael Douglass, Michelle Douglass, Pauline Todd and her spouse Larry, Jessica Beckwith and her spouse Michael and Catherine Macapaz and her spouse Antonio; grandchildren: Kristin Douglass, Aaron Douglass, Megan Douglass-Estrada, Stephen Douglass, Kimberley DeLeon, Aiden Beckwith and Kai Macapaz; six great grandchildren and a host of friends. Bruce is preceded in death by his parents; wife Coy G. Douglass; and brother Lee Douglass.

The family will receive friends for a visitation Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2017 in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home followed by a burial in Brookside Memorial Park.
