Brent Lee Cook

Brent Lee Cook, 61, passed away on June 14, 2013. He was born on January 23, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland. Brent moved to Texas when he was 2 years old. Brent was the proud owner of Brent Cook’s Home Improvements. He married the love of his life, Brenda Kay Cook, on April 17, 1971 in Humble, Texas. Brent and Brenda were married for 42 years. He is preceded in death by his mother Lille Mae Cook; father, Melvin Hubert Cook; and daughter, Stacey Lee Cook. Brent is survived by his wife Brenda Kay Cook; sons, David Brent Cook Sr. and wife Frances Parras Cook; grandsons, Caleb Parras Cook, David Brent Cook II and Blake Mason Cook; granddaughter, Stacey Leah Cook; biological mother, Emma Mooney; sisters, Gloria Zepp, Pat Russell, Charlotte Hood and Darlene LaHatte; brother, Charles Mooney; and numerous family, friends, and employees who loved him dearly. Brent loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Brent also enjoyed taking his family fishing, camping and to the beach. He was a hard worker who strived to take care of his family. Everyone will miss him dearly.
