Bradley Alexander McLendon, age 29, left us unexpectedly and peacefully, Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the home he and his brother shared in Phoenix, Arizona. He was the son of Reginald McLendon and Valerie McLendon. He is survived by his son, Damon Alexander McLendon of O’Fallon, IL, daughter, MacKenzie Leeanne Goerg of Clarksville TN, brother, Thaddeus McLendon of Phoenix AZ, stepbrother, Dashawn Brown of Cedar Hills, TX, stepmother Sandra Houston, of Cedar Hills TX, as well as, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Bradley McLendon was born August 12, 1987, in Glendale, AZ. He attended Peoria High School in Peoria, AZ and completed his high school requirements Dec 2004. Bradley came to know the Lord as his personal savior at the age of 16 and was baptized at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Phoenix AZ, September 2003. He had a quiet disposition and would often express himself through writing. Such are the following that were among many of his personal insightful thoughts: My father tells me the Truth. My mother has always been there. Happiness is worth searching for. When I’m alone I dance. I would like to forgive people who wronged me. I wish others would see me shine. I would like to be remembered as someone who fell but always got up.
