Billy Don Welch passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Bill was born on March 30,1944 in Whitesboro, Texas, where he grew up in Sherman, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents Bernie L. Welch and Alice Riddle. He is survived by his wife Canh Lam, son Adrian Welch, brother Dan, and sister Phyllis. Visitation with the family will begin at Chapel of Eternal Peace, 2454 S. Dairy Ashford, Houston, Texas 77077, on Monday, May 22nd, 2023 from 8:00am to 8:00pm. A funeral service will occur on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 at 10:00am at Chapel of Eternal Peace. Interment to follow at Memorial Oaks, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, at 11:30am.
