Billy Joe Suttles

Billy Joe Suttles, age 83, passed away May 25, 2010 in Houston TX. A long time resident of Houston, Billy Joe proudly served in WWII and retired from Lone Star Industries in 1984. Billy Joe was a truly blessed man who wanted to share with everyone his deep love of the Lord and the blessings he received. He was a member of the Uvalde Baptist Church. He will always be remembered for him big smile and compassionate heart and his love for his family. He was truly loved by all and will be deeply missed by all of those who knew him and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Grose Suttles, son, Bill Suttles Jr., and grandson Cory Andrew Suttles.

He is survived by his son, Steve Suttles and wife Cindy of Houston TX. Sister, Lois Snead and husband Bill of Baytown TX. Brother in-law, Louis McDuffie of Mobile AL, Niece, Stefanni Lynch and husband John of Tomball TX, Niece Kelli Moore and husband Ronnie of La Porte TX. Grandchildren, Billy Barbier, Michelle Anderson and husband Lewis of Houston TX. Great- grandchildren, Maris, Macee, Maddox, Jake and Kaitlin. Numerous great nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Visitation at Forest Park Lawndale will be Thursday May 27th from 6-8P.M. and funeral services will be held Friday May 28th at 10 A.M. in the Family Chapel and burial at Forest Park East.
