Born in Brazoria County, Texas, she was the daughter of Elvin Ollie and Myrtle Pearl Slaughter. Billie graduated from Columbia High School, and then went on to be a Cosmetologist.
She enjoyed gardening and crafting. Billie will be remembered for her love of family.
Billie is survived by her husband Ernest, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by, father Elvin Ollie Slaughter, mother Myrtle Pearl Slaughter, and brothers Earl and Donald.
As we honor Billie’s wishes, graveside only service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 10 am, at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. Please meet in the lobby of the Funeral home at 9:30 am, as we will proceed to the graveside in procession.
