My deepest sympathies to the Omer family.  Cody was a great kid, funny and full of life. We shared such a bond since we both adopted our nephews- you did your very best to give him a wonderful life.  The Ashcrofts love y’all like crazy. 

My deepest condolences to the family got your loss. I recently met him,  and we had some great conversations.  He expressed his love for his family, and spoke with me about his views on life in general.  He was so sweet and very polite and respectful, offering help whenever he could.  I really really liked him... I wish I could have spent me time getting to know him.  He would have been a great friend.  He was SO SMART!! The intelligence that he possessed was unlike v anyone I've ever met for someone so young! I will miss him.  I'm honored to have gotten the time I did with him,  my thoughts are with his grieving family members and friends.

I am absolutely gutted to hear about this. I wish I had the words to say all the things I’d like to say. You were a delightful person, someone I could always count on to lift my spirits, and I’m devastated to hear about your passing. I will always remember you as the fun, free spirited and beautiful soul who was always having the most fun in any room. You brought laughter with you to all situations, and I’m so sorry that so many couldn’t see and love you for your true beauty.

I was blessed to become friends with Cody in elementary school.  I had to move to the San Antonio area in 5th grade but Cody made sure to keep in touch and even invited me to come hang out with his lovely family at the Hyatt when he was in town.   I will forever remember him as a genuine, true friend with a great sense of humor and contagious smile.   My thoughts are with you all.

Sending prayers and hugs to all the Omer family -- We just plain loved Cody since he and Jacque became friends (in high school).  Cody was  kind, compassionate, full of fun and always a gentlemen.  Jacque and Cody's friendship was a BFF type of friendship throughout the years and included family at parties etc. 

We will miss him and pray his happy memories stays alive with you all as they will with us!
