Betty Jo Henderson Felder, a native Houstonian born in Little York, TX on April 8, 1929 to Lewis James Henderson & Sarah Elizabeth Turner, passed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 6, 2012. She is preceded in death by the love of her life Edgar Edward Felder, Sr.; 2 sisters, 2 brothers, 1 grandson & 1 granddaughter. She is survived by 1 sister; her children: Paul T. Felder; Mary Watkins; Bertha & her husband Chuck Vincent, Harry Felder & his wife Betty; Claudia & her husband Dennis Angie; Edgar “CC” & his wife Elaine, and Margaret Smith; 16 grandchildren: 23 great-grand children; 3 great-great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces & family friends she considered as her children. We know she is dancing with Edgar now. She loved her children and her children loved her. Visitation will be from 5-8PM on Tuesday, May 8th. Funeral service will be held at 3PM on Wednesday, May 9th at Brookside Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Felder officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
