Karlene Baker, age 83 of Bettendorf, Iowa passed away on October 17, 2023. She was preceded in death by husband Joe, parents LeRoy and Irene Thomas, sister Ann Bestick and brother-in law David Himes.
She is survived by daughters Bettie Welsh of New Caney, TX; Deana (Gordon) Grima of Hockley, TX. and son Clint (Andrea) Baker of Bettendorf, IA; sister Susan Himes; sister-in-law Donna (Roger) Goodwin; brother–in-law Tom Bestick; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren and nephews and niece.
Karlene was cremated according to her wishes. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
