Berdenia (Birtie Jo) Gibbons, 82, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 12, 2012. She was born Nov. 7, 1929 in Cove, Arkansas. She married the love of her life, Olan Aveloyd Gibbons on Oct. 14, 1944 and was married to him until his death on Aug. 20, 1997. She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, David & Sherry Gibbons; daughters & sons-in-law, Dona & Wayne Scott, Deborah & Dennis Womack, Diane & Barry Hawkins and Denise Judice. She has 9 beautiful grandchildren: Jon Scott, Chad Gibbons,Tim Scott, Nathan Womack, Amy Scott-Guzzo, Melissa Womack, Destiny Roberts, Jason Hawkins and Fallon Knight; as well as 17 great grandkids. She lived a wonderful life filled with 6 siblings & numerous nephews & nieces whom she loved. She will be loved & missed by all. Visitation will be Sun., Apr. 15th beginning at 1:00pm with Funeral Services to follow at 2pm at Brookside Family Chapel. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial park.
