Benjamin Landa

Benjamin was born to Juan Landa and Margarita San Miguel on September 18, 1928, in Los Nogales, Mexico. He married Delia Gomez August 27, 1949, and they lived together in Nogales and Reyosa before moving to Houston, TX. Together they raised 11 children, 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Delia Landa; Parents, Juan and Margarita Landa; his brothers and sisters Ruben Landa, Jamie Landa, Elva Landa Sulema Paredes, and Elidia Nunez.

Benjamin worked as a construction worker for Brown and Rod for over 30 years.

A visitation for Benjamin will be held Monday, June 12, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, from 1PM to 2PM. Benjamin will be laid to rest in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
