Barbara J Davis

Barbara Jean Davis died peacefully on June 2, 2016 in Friendswood, Texas at the age of 78. Barbara is survived by her daughter Terrie, son-n-law Chris and two grandchildren Drake and Valerie Dobard. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband James D. Davis, mother, Eselarna Ungrad and her father Lige Ungrad

Barbara was born on February 4, 1938 in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Conroe High School in Conroe, TX. She then went on to earn a LVN degree in Nursing. She Married Ernest James Hermis on July 18, 1959 and had one child who died at birth a second surviving daughter. She later married James D. Davis and was a devoted wife of 23 years. Her step-children included daughter Jamie Davis, Kimberly Davis Coots, and Michael Davis. Step-Great-grandchildren included Desirae LaPaglia and Skylar LaPaglia.

She worked as an LVN for many years and retired after 20 years from Spring Branch Health Care in Houston, TX. She always had a great affection and love for her family, patients she served and the many pets she had during her life.
