Barbara Ann Brewer, age 91, of Houston, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
Barbara had various jobs in her life, but most of all was a beautiful hardworking housewife, mother, and grandparent. Her passions were playing numerous games such as Bunko, Bridge, and Blackjack. She was also a big fan of the Houston Astros.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband George W. Brewer and one son Kenneth Charles Brewer. Surviving family are her two sons Dennis W. Brewer and Richard A. Brewer, grandchildren Clinton Wayne Brewer, Kimberly D. LaRue, Collin Brewer and one great grandchild Marley Kane LaRue. Appreciation goes out to Silverado Hospice Care of Houston for overseeing her last year of life.

A Memorial Gathering of family and friends was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Waltrip Funeral Directors. In honor of Barbara, all were asked to wear their favorite Astros attire.
