Barbara E. Barlow (93) passed away peacefully on Saturday evening October 11, 2014 in Kingwood, TX. Barbara was born November 15, 1920 in Pittsburgh, PA. She grew up and attended school in California and then moved to the Houston area in the early 1950's. She resided in Woodland Acres over 60 years until she retired to Cleveland, TX.
Barbara is preceded in death by her mother Anna E. Ruttkamp and by her husband John R. Barlow.
She is survived by her son Robert 'Bob' and his wife Sharon, her daughter Dianne and husband David, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Advantage Howard-Glendale Chapel 1015 Federal Road, Houston, Texas 77015 713-453-6373.
Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
