Aubrey "Skooter" Mason

Aubrey “Skooter” Mason, 93, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016. He was born March 5, 1923 in Crockett Texas to Jim and Maud Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen. Skooter is survived by his children, Penney Mason Stanch and husband Phil, son, Mark Stephen Mason and wife Suzanne; grandchildren, Carson Stanch, Michaela Stanch, Elizabeth Mason, Jennifer Thompson and husband Jeff; greatgrandchildren, Presley and Mason Thompson, Elijah Mason and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. Aubrey was a WWII Veteran serving in the US Army Airforce. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home with Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
