Arthur Williams was born Kinder, Louisiana to Randolph and Anne Williams on August 13, 1938. He went to school at Kinder High School. Once he graduated he joined the Navy where he served 20 years. He worked as a maintenance man for Spring Branch Isd for 25 years and retired. He was loved by many and never met a stranger. He loved talking to people and spreading his wisdom everywhere he went.
Arthur is preceded in death by Randolph and Anne Williams his parents, sister Gloria and brother Fredrick.
Arthur is survived by his children Mary, Frankie, Arice and Patience. Grandchildren: Toshia, Tia, Tiana, Denika, Arice Jr. Alexus, Frankie Jr., Tatyania, Larry III, Gwendolyn. And 11 great-grandchildren.
