Antonio DeLeon

Antonio (Tony) DeLeon went to be with The Lord on August 26th, 2021. A lifelong resident of Pasadena, Texas, Tony proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a Vietnam Veteran (1969-1973). In 1978, he began his career with United Parcel Service (UPS), where he worked for 33 years as a driver in the Feeder department. In 1979 he married the love of his life, Diana Garza. They resided their entire lives in Pasadena, where they had three beautiful daughters.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Esauro Lopez DeLeon, and Anita Mirelez DeLeon, and his siblings. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diana; his children, Christina (DeLeon) Oyer and son-in-law Nicolas Oyer, Angela DeLeon and fiancé Lenny Brown, Toni DeLeon; grandchildren Nicolas Oyer II, Anna Chapa, Anthony Oyer, Isabella Oyer, Noah DeLeon and Ismael DeLeon.

Services for Tony will be held on Saturday, September 11th at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home and Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Avenue, Houston, TX, 77023. Visitation will be at 10:00 am. Funeral service will be at 11:00, with burial to follow immediately afterward.
