May 8, 2021 – Our mother lost her soulmate, we lost our father, grandfather, son, and brother. All lost their cousin, nephew, and friend. Daddy or as many know “Little A”, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of May 8th at the age of 47. He is survived by his loving wife, Faith A. Stortz (resides in Clear Lake, TX). Mother, Amelia “Melie” Stortz and Brother Louis “Neil” Stortz (resides in Pasadena, TX). Grandmother, Gladys M. Stortz (resides in Jackson, MS). Children: Amanda Michelle Csombok (26)(Husband Anthony), Anthony “Tony” Stortz III (21)(Fiancé Alicia), Aaron “Squirrel” Stortz (19)(Girlfriend Victoria), and Andrew “Bear” Stortz (16). Grandchildren: Isaiah Anthony Csombok (13) and Carter Anthony Csombok (11mo). Many relatives, friends, “adopted” children and grandchildren. Preceded by: Father, Anthony Stortz Sr. Sister, Lauren Stortz, Grandfather Louis Stortz, Grandparents Maria De Jesus Corona and Primitivo Corona. Anthony, a Texas Native, was born May 4, 1974 to Anthony and Amelia Stortz in Houston. Later years he met his wife, Faith, at Milby High School in 1992. Had their first born, only daughter, Amanda, on August 6, 1994. They married September 12, 1998 in Houston as well. Continuing to grow their family, they later had 3 sons. Anthony was deeply dedicated to his family. In 1990, he would volunteer at TIRR in the Houston Medical Center, to help with activities to be close to his brother Neil. Anthony obtained his Bachelor of Science and found his place in the industry of Informational Technology. Anthony was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Houston, TX where he later sealed to his wife for all eternity on November 21, 2014 at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Houston Temple.
