Anthony Perez, 20, of Houston, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2011 in Nashville, TN.
Anthony proudly served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his Mother, Teresa Servin; Father Alfonso Perez; Sisters, Teresa Cruz & Elizabeth Servin, brother-in-law, Jose Cruz; Nieces, Bryanna Cruz, Elyanna Cruz and many other family members and friends.
He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will begin at 1pm on Saturday, May 14, 2011 followed by burial in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
