Anna "Faye" Ziegler

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Faye Ziegler. She peacefully departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 after a long and courageous journey with Alzheimer’s Disease. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Mark Ziegler, and grandson Keith Neal. She and Mark had 60 great years together. She was the loving wife of a military man. Mark was in the Air Force during many of their early years, which took them to Florida, Panama, Texas, Colorado, Germany and California. Upon retiring from the military in 1966, they settled in Stafford, Texas. It was there that Faye began her career at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry. After 25 years of service, she retired in 1992. Faye loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church. She cherished her church family. She was a devoted family woman, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by daughters Fran Zubik (Duane) and Linda Stewart (Larry), many grandchildren, great-children, and sister Brenda Raines. Faye will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Faye will be held Monday, October 25, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077. A committal service will occur Monday, October 25, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077. A celebration of life will occur Monday, October 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Sugar Creek Baptist Church - Chapel, 13213 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
