She graduated from Bishop High School. She dedicated her life to raising her children and making sure they received the best education possible. As she got older, Anna enjoyed traveling with her husband, Jesse Ramirez Sr.
She worked in retail as a sales associate and was a top salesperson with every store she was employed with. She was a member of Resurrection Church since 1949 and was a member of St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church in Katy, TX for the last four years.
Anna loved to read daily and enjoyed scriptures on faith. She also enjoyed staying in contact with her friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Ramirez Sr.; parents, Juan and Ida Gonzalez and several of her brothers.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marisa Leach and husband, Chip; Robert L. Ramirez and wife, Mary; Jesse Ramirez Jr. and wife, Donna and John L. Ramirez; grandchildren, Brian J. Ramirez and Lauren A. Ramirez; great-grandchildren, Savanna Marie and Diego Joseph Ramirez, sister, Nora Gonzalez and brother, John M. Gonzalez.
Special thanks to Sister Lucy and the staff from St. Bartholomew for all her visits while Anna was in the hospital and in rehabilitation. They continued to visit Anna at her residence until the past week, when she was able to attend Mass.

A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 10:30 am at Resurrection Catholic Church 915 Zoe St. Houston, TX 77020 with a Funeral Mass starting at 11:30 am at the same location. A graveside service will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, TX 77023.
