Ann C Dixon

In February of 1970 she moved to Houston where she started her banking career which led to her becoming an executive banker with Metro Bank in Bellaire. During this time she met her husband, Jimmie Dixon. They married August 22, 1992 and eventually moved, in retirement, to Lake Livingston.

Ann is preceded in death by her adopted parents, George & Jean Dixon; parents, Reginald & Winifred Crowther; godchildren/niece & nephew, Kristie Dixon and Carl Dixon; nephew, Randy Dixon; brother in law, Charles Dixon. Left to cherish her loving memory, husband: Jimmie Dixon; sister in love: Elaine Spann, Ann Krammers, Lyn Reynolds, Shelley Dixon; lifetime friends: Jennifer Dixon and Helen Jordan; brothers in law: Glenn Dixon and Donald Dixon; godchildren: Mercedes DeWitt and Joshua Dixon; niece: Belinda Castillo; along with numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

The funeral will be on Monday, November 16 at Brookside Funeral Home off Lauder and the Easter Freeway. A viewing will be held from 12:30 to 2 PM followed by the funeral at 2:00PM

Because of Ann’s interest in homeless animals the family is asking in lieu of flowers to make a donation to the SPCA of Polk County, P.O. 1403 Livingston, Texas.
