Angela Strange

Angela Christina Strange of Houston, Texas was born on January 22, 1963 in Milton, Florida. She grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida where she met her future husband, Rick, at the age of twelve. Even from a young age, Angela could light up a room with her passion and smile. Upon graduating from Evangel College with her husband, Rick, she took her first job at Dun and Bradstreet. This job took them both to Houston, Texas where they built their home and family. Her passion and creativity in her work, along with her love for her co-workers, made her a beloved and respected employee of Dun and Bradstreet. A fiercely loving wife, mother, sibling, daughter and aunt, she inspired her family to always reach for their dreams and never give up.

Angela passed away on July 31, 2014. She will be greatly missed by her husband of thirty-one years Rick, their children Elizabeth and Daniel, parents (John and Christina Broxson), siblings (Sylvia and Scott Shepard, Bob and Robin Broxson, Cheryl and JP Gradone and Bart and Dayna Broxson), mother-in-law Connie Strange, nineteen nieces and nephews, co-workers and neighbors. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday August 5, 2014 from 6-8pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A service to celebrate Angela’s life will be Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Following the service Angela will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will follow.
