Andrea Gutierrez Gonzalez

Andrea Gonzalez went into the loving arms of Jesus her Lord and Savior on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at the age of 75. Andrea was born on September 21, 1948 to the late Guadalupe Gutierrez and Esperanza Aguilar in Houston, Texas.

She later married Juan Gonzalez on March 18,1971 spending the last 52 years strong and valiantly together until the end.

Andrea was a one of a kind wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved us all unconditionally. She kept many journals taking note of every intimate moment, thoughts and memories that occurred, being incredibly wise with her words. At the age of 74 she rededicated her life to the Lord by being baptized on August 20, 2023. We thank God for the years He gave us with her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Laura, her two sisters, Lupe and Vivian as well as her three brothers Felipe, Crescencio and Guadalupe Jr.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Juan Gonzalez, her 3 daughters Roberta, Linda, Andrea, as well as her 5 sons Joseph, Robert, Juan Jr., David and Michael. In addition, she will be mourned by her 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and her two sisters Maria Esperanza and Domitila.

A visitation for Andrea will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A rosary service will occur Monday, November 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Parish Office, 2405 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
