Alice P. Torres was born on May 16, 1954 in Houston, TX. She entered the gates of heaven on the early morning of Friday, September 23, 2022 at the age of 68. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend!
She was full of life and brought a smile to everyone she met! Her beautiful dimpled smile and laugh was very contagious! She never met a stranger and could talk to anyone about anything! She had a huge heart full of love and was always excited and willing to help others! She always knew just what to say or do to make you smile, laugh, and forget about your worries! She enjoyed spending time with her children, gardening, hiking, shopping, traveling, and being with family and friends!
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Torres, her son, Christopher Torres and six siblings: Mary, Victor, Connie, Grace, Rachel, and Lupe.
She is preceded in death by Andres Perez (Father), Rosa Longoria (Mother), Rose Helen Perez (Sister), Israel Perez (Brother), Gloria Renteria (Sister), and Rufus Sorola (Brother).
The family would like to extend their gratitude to those that expressed their prayers, love, care and wishes for Alice and family!

Services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale as followed:
Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Following the funeral service will be a Committal Service at 11:00 AM.
