I will miss you Tia Alice, I thank God for being blessed to have you as my Tia.. growing up in the same household with you allowed you to help care and raise me and I will cherish those moments and every moment with you forever. I will remember your beautiful smile and your laugh...I will miss that laugh. I can hear your laugh as I type this now. I also loved your cute jokes..I remember just this past weekend when we talking sleeping arrangements for our sleepover. .I said "boys with the boys and girls with the girls" you said "the papas with the papas and the mamas with the mamas" and your big beautiful smile after your cute joke.  Oh I love you so much and miss you dearly...but I know God has called you and I can say this. I will make you proud and carry on and be a kind  caring person like my Tia Alice. ..rest in peace sweet tia

I meet Alice only once but knowing her husband and children what a woman, wife, friend, mother she must have been.  Her pain is over but ours has just begun, she is with God and we are here waiting on his time to tell us our task is complete and we can go home.  She will be greatly missed. (Robert Horton)

Tia Alice. My beautiful, wonderful, sweet, one of a kind, charismatic, thoughtful, and loving Tia. You taught me so much growing up. You and grandma helped shape me into the woman I am today and I honestly don't know where I would be today if you had not had a hand in raising me. You saved me in more ways than one and more times than I can count. I left on to bigger things and every time I came back, without hesitation, your arms and home were open. Not a single day will pass where I will not miss you. Now it's your turn to move on to bigger things, and without hesitation God welcomed you with open arms into his house. Your legacy will live on with every single person you have touched over the years. I love you more than you know woman.

My condolences and sympathies to the Hernandez Family. Alice was one of the most nicest, warmest persons I have ever met. Always treated me like family and made me feel welcome. May she rest in peace always.

Cousin Alice Hernandez. One of the sweetest person I've ever met. She would always have a big smile on her face. Alice reminded me alot of my Tia Nena (her mom Irene Reyes) with her kind and loving ways. She will be missed dearly.

It seems that it was only a few years ago that we met Alice Hernandez, but from that moment on we knew we had met a very special person, a wonderful mother and grandmother and, above all, a sweet and devoted wife.  It is with great sorrow and pain in our hearts that we join you Esmeralda, your father Jessy, your brothers and sisters and the rest of your family in this time of sadness and heartbreak.  She will be missed by everyone but there is a strong family bond between all of you and the deep belief that Alice only said goodbye to us, leaving behind so many wonderful memories to be treasured by her family and many friends. Sister, I remember back to the first day I met you, Oscar was opening his restaurant and he introduced me as his secretary and the first thing you did was hug me and kiss me on my head and tell me you love me you said Thank God for you. Oscar was happy he said that was the test, if my sister loves you then I know your the one. I remember going to your house to visit and you coming over to visit the first thing we did was eat. I loved all the stories of Oscar when he was young and all the stories of your father that Oscar loved to hear. My favorite his how he called you Gordy, I loved how you loved people and it was shown. I can only thank God for bringing a wonderful God loving woman in my life I will remember your words to me not to give up on Jesus. You always told me just call out to Jesus. I'm calling out to Jesus today praying for strength for your family to make through these tough days ahead. I'm forever grateful for you. I will miss you every single day. And I Thank you for loving me! You truly are the greatest woman I have ever known. Rest in peace now.
