Alexandra L. Gilbert

Alexandra Leigh Gilbert, 22. Our special girl passed from this life on January 10, 2013 after a brief illness. Alexandra was born in Houston, Texas on January 19, 1990 to Carolyn Krog Gilbert and Mark Randal Gilbert. She attended and graduated in 2012 from the Special Ed Program at Westchester Academy in the Spring Branch ISD, which she loved. She also loved her teachers Ms. Lann, Ms. Rhozine, Mr. Janda and Mr. Jesse.

Alexandra is preceded in death by her grandmothers; Martha Johnson Gilbert and Marilyn Kendrick Krog and cousin Keith Gilbert. She is survived by her parents, her sister Connie Gilbert, her brother Andrew Gilbert, her grandfathers; Joel Thomas Krog and Sidney Gilbert, aunts and uncles; Kirk Gilbert and wife Vivian, Dianne Terry and husband Tom, Mark Krog and wife Stephanie of Dallas and Linda Springs of Dallas, 11 cousins; Michelle, Tommy, Travis Terry, Racquel, Jacqueline and Kristina Gilbert, Olivia, Julia, Virginia and Sarah Grace Krog and Garrett Clabaugh.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1pm at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
