Alejo will be remembered fondly by Elsie, his wife of 51 years, his sons, Joel, Michael, & Daniel, and his daughter-in-law Angelica. He will also be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Luisa, Maria, and Columna; brothers, Erundino and Zito; and his twin Jose. He is predeceased by siblings Gloria, Agustin, Clemente, and Baltazar. He will forever be remembered by countless nieces and nephews, extended family, dear friends, and fraternity brothers.
A native of the Philippines, Alejo attended the University of the Philippines, Los Banos and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He immigrated to the United States and never lost his love for travel. Also, he engaged in his passions of hunting, golfing, bowling, and church activities with the Mavericks.
A memorial mass in his memory will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018, from 10 to 11am, at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 13350 Ashford Point Drive, Houston, TX, 77082. A reception will follow after the service in the church hall.
