Alejandro is survived by his loving wife Filomena Romero, his children Connie Campo, Alejandro Romero Jr, Alexander Romero, Luz Angela Farris, Mauricio Romero, and Andres Romero. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his younger siblings German Romero and Leonor Sanchez, his many beautiful grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and extended family. Alejandro is predeceased by his parents Heraclio and Leonor Romero and his brother Jorge Enrique Romero.
Alejandro was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His interests included music, good food and sports. He especially loved watching tennis and soccer matches. Most of all he enjoyed being with family. He had a great sense of humor. He loved to laugh and possessed a laugh that was completely and unmistakably Alejandro. It would make others smile just hearing it. Always ready to combat any situation with humor he understood that laughter is the best medicine. Towards the end, dementia took away his memory and the years wore his body down. Thankfully his amazing laugh remained as did his love for his immediate family, especially his beloved wife Filomena. No sickness could ever erase who she was or how much he loved her from his memory and heart.
