Albert Charles “Al” Moyer of Houston, Texas has gone home to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Albert was born to Albert Alfred Moyer and Barbara Eloise Rolland in Cleveland, Ohio. Albert is survived by his wife of 49 years, Connie Newcomer Moyer, Son Albert Moyer, Jr. and wife Frances Cavazos Moyer of Houston, Son Adam Moyer and wife Christina Moyer of Conroe, Texas. Mother-in law Ida Newcomer-Burrows of Baytown, Texas. Granddaughters Gabriella and Desiree and step-grandsons Kalub and Cole. Sisters Carol Pelliccotti of Reading, Pennsylvania and Linda McMahon-Hickey of Long Island, New York. Sister-in-laws Peggy Newcomer of Baytown, Texas and Sherry James of Channelview, Texas. Brother-in-law John Newcomer of Baytown. And several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews. Albert’s lifelong occupation was Machinist and he retired from Elliot Corporation in 2008. His favorite hobbies were fishing, barbecuing, shopping, antiquing, and spending time with family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Albert would like donations to the Houston Food Bank or local Salvation Army.
