Ahmad was the son of Yousef Samie and Sandal Javadian. One of six children, he was the middle child. His father passed away when he was thirteen years old. The responsibility of taking care of the family fell upon Ahmad, a responsibility he took gladly and satisfied.
From the humble origins of his village in Kootenah, he started primary education at the age of fourteen, and finished at eighteen years of age. From there he enrolled at Daneshkade Afsari Tehran, where he stayed for four years, completing his formal education. Upon graduation from Daneshkade Afsari Tehran, he entered the military force of Iran as Sarvan and would climb the ranks to become Sarhang.
For thirty years he served his country from every corner with extreme passion and devotion. During this time in the military, he developed a sharp acumen for business, which would be a lifetime endeavor of his. The beginnings of financial success started when he saved the first two years of his earning during his military service to purchase his first piece of real estate. From this point, he would continue to invest in real estate, and eventually, real estate development.
Ahmad married Fakhri Aghaei in February 1960 in Qaemshahr. Their love and passion was genuine and never-ending, staying together for sixty-four years.
The fruits of this marriage were six children, four girls, and two boys. Fariba, Farida, Farideh, Roya, Ali, and Rama. The family experienced the great tragedy of losing three children due to sickness.
In 1996 Ahmad immigrated to the United States of America at the age of sixty-one. Creating a peaceful life for himself and his family. Ahmad genuinely loved people and loved to help. He provided aid in many forms, from shelter, finance, and more, to countless people during his lifetime. The reach and level of his contributions is inexplicable.
His passing will be felt by thousands of people locally, as well as back home in Iran.
