A visitation will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 8:00 AM until service time at 10:00 AM at Jones Funeral Home, 230 S Hollywood Rd., Houma, Louisiana 70360. Burial will follow Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Crescent Farm Cemetery, Houma, Louisiana 70360.
On August 12, 1957, a bouncing baby boy was a Blessing from God to the union of William and Ellen Maize Westbrook in New Orleans, LA.
He became the little brother to Louis, John, Joyce, Larry, Jacquelyn and Reginald Westbrook, also Charles Mazie Westbrook. Later, Stephanie and Steven Corey joined as his little sister and brother.
Terry was educated in the Terrebonne Parish School System. He was baptized at St. Matthew Baptist Church by the late Re. C. Nixon at Crescent Farm.
On December 18, 2024, God called Terry home.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Kimberly W. Perio (Trevor); a son, Aaron Walters (Charlene) of Houma, LA. Four brothers; Louis and Steven Westbrook of Houma, LA, Larry Westbrook of Long Beach, CA and Charles Maize (Ruby) of Morgan City, LA. One sister, Jacquelyn Westbrook of Houma, LA. Three grandchildren; K’Von Mahoney, Kylan Brown and Kaiden Perio; one aunt, Doretha M. Hickman of New Orleans, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, William Westbrook Jr. and Ellen Maize Westbrook; two sisters, Joyce Alston and Stephanie Augustine; two brothers, John Westbrook and Reginald Westbrook; parental grandparents, William Westbrook Sr. and Carrie Westbrook; maternal grandparents, Edward Maize Sr. and Cue Ellen Maize; grandson, Ter’ion Walters and a host of other relatives.
