Roy Jean "Jeannie" Bernard

Visitation will be from 8:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday March 14, 2015 at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church 11200 Old Jeanerette Road, Jeanerette, LA 70544, with a rosary being recited at 10:00 A.M.  followed by Tributes, then  Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dismas Mauk, SVD serving as the Celebrant.

Cherished and divine memories of "Jeannie," as she was known, will forever be remembered by her loving sons; Michael McNeal (Valerie) of Fredericksburg, VA, Leroy "Lee" McNeal (Lisa) of Spotsylvania, VA and Kevin McNeal (Paola) of Raeford, NC; two brothers, Archie Aples (Racquel) of Lawrenceville, GA and Samuel Aples (Patricia) of Picayune, MS; one sister, Frances A. Boyd of Decatur, GA; five grandchildren; her former husband, Leroy McNeal; a devoted friend, Eugene Nelson as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

"Jeannie" was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Helen Joe-Aples; one husband, Roland Bernard; one sister, Everee A. Aych and one brother, Paul Henry Aples
