A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S Hollywood Road in Houma. Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Jarmal Parker; daughters, Chanel P. Charles (Roderigo) and Chante' Parker; three grandchildren; brother, Clarence Parker, Jr. (Joyce); sisters, Margaret P. Williams and Mildred P. Williams (Columbus) and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son, Baby Boy Parker; parents, Clarence, Sr. and Myrtle Moses Parker; paternal grandparents, Richard, Sr. and Lillian Walker Parker; maternal grandparents, Arthur and Mary Moses; and niece, Kimberly W. Meade.
