“For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not be me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

I’m Stepping Out
I made no reservations, need no friends with clout; I got an invitation and so I stepped out. Stepping out of darkness, into the marvelous light stepping out on his word, armed to fight! Stepping out on grace into eternal life, stepping out on mercy relived of all my strife. I won’t be looking back, around or about; I’m looking straight at God and now I’m stepping out.
