Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Friday, October 28, 2022, from 9:00 AM until funeral time at 11:00 AM at Greater New Salem Baptist Church, 818 Lafayette St., Houma, LA 70360. Burial will follow at St. Luke Cemetery (Waterproof).
Fellman is survived by nieces, Marlyn LeBlanc, Charlyn LeBlanc Stewart, Janice LeBlanc, Dawn Wilkerson, Reka Wilkerson and Jeanne Wilkerson Victor, and one nephew, Charles E. LeBlanc, Jr., and a host of family and friends and cousins.
Fellman was preceded in death by his parent, Alberta Wilkerson Celestine. Wife, Bettye Brooks Matthews and brother; David Wilkerson and sister, Jacqueline Matthews LeBlanc.
