Visitation will be observed on Saturday April 24, 2021 from 8:00 AM until a rosary being recited at 10:45 AM at the St Jules Catholic Church in Franklin, LA. Tributes and Expressions will begin at 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon with Father Peter Emusa serving as the Celebrant. Burial will follow mass services with Full Military Honors in the St Jules Catholic Church Cemetery in Franklin, LA.
Don Sr., enlisted in the United States Navy and served during the time of the Vietnam War and was later discharged, receiving a Honorable Discharge. While enlisted, Don, Sr., received the National Defense Service and Vietnam Service Medals.
Memories of Don Sr. will forever remain in the hearts of his two sons, Don Allen Foulcard, Jr. and wife, Najla and Vincent Foulcard and wife, Christina all of Baton Rouge, LA; one daughter, LaDonna Foulcard-Lockley and husband, Eddrick of Covington, GA two brothers, Ted Foulcard, Sr. and wife, Betteye, Joseph Foulcard, Jr. both of Franklin, LA; one sister, Aline Foulcard Lageman of Los Angeles, CA; one sister-in-law, Lydia Delasbour-Foulcard of Franklin, LA; nine grandchildren, Bradley Jackson, Brittany Jackson, Quintis Maddox, Don Allen Foulcard, III, Paige Foulcard, Tristan Foulcard, Vincent Foulcard, Jr. and Victor Foulcard, and Andrew Conerly one great-grand, Jade Jackson; a companion, Hattie Lee and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Don Sr., was preceded in death by his: wife, Alma Juanita Marshall Foulcard; his parents, Joseph Clayton Foulcard, Sr. and Louise P. Foulcard; five brothers, Malcolm Foulcard, Claude Foulcard, Carl Foulcard, Sr., Albert Foulcard, and Charles Foulcard, Sr.; brothers, Travis Marshall and Andrew Marshall; brothers-in-law, John Lageman, Travis Marshall and a sisters-in-law, Mary Foulcard, and Elouise J. Foulcard and Sandra Marshall.
