Claudia Ann Foulcard

Visitation with Tributes and Final Viewing will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA. A procession to St. Jules Catholic Church 601 Magnolia Street Franklin, LA at 12:00 PM with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 12:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 PM. Father Peter Emusa, Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Jules Catholic Church Cemetery.

Memories of Claudia will forever remain in the hearts of her two sons, Ray A. (Dr. Pamelyn) Francis, Sr. of Jeannette, PA and Jeremy Foulcard of Franklin, LA, brothers, Claude “Skippy” (Vanetta) Foulcard of Franklin, LA, Gerald (Angelette) Foulcard and Gary (Nikki) Foulcard, both of Patterson, LA, and a sister, Elaine (Dr. Gary) Jones of Alexandria, LA, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Selena Johnson, Joseph, Sr. and Jennie Louise Foulcard, and her loving parents, Claude and Elouise Foulcard, and her sister, Terry Lynn Foulcard.
