Clarence "Frank" Bailey

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Church of God of Prophecy in Patterson, LA, from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Bishop James T. Whitney will officiate the services. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery. 

Memories of Clarence will forever remain in the hearts of his loving and devoted wife, Barbara Ann Bailey of Berwick, LA; four daughters, Cherica (Warren Jr.) Bailey-Harvey of Patterson, LA, Kimberly Bailey of Berwick, LA, Tracy Bailey of Kenner, LA, and Monica Bailey of Youngsville, LA; four brothers, Willie (Elizabeth) Bailey of Houston, TX, Wallace (Elaine) Bailey and Wilson (Peggy) Bailey both of Morgan City, LA and Jessie (Dwana) Bailey of Dulac, LA; five grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Jerry (Carolyn) Hawkins; three sisters-in-law, Betty Knightshed, Arnette Hawkins, and Rosemary Thompson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, James Bailey and Mary Singleton-Bailey; five brothers, Arthur Bailey, Carl Bailey, James Bailey, John Bailey and Lloyd Bailey and one sister, Louise Bailey
