Barbara Ann Ruffin-Hall, age 67, a resident of Patterson, La., and a native of Morgan City, La., died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at her residence. Memorial Service will be Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Mt. Era Baptist Church at 11:00 AM. Barbara leaves to cherish her memories; a son, Demetrius Owens of Patterson, La; two brothers, Alton Brashear and Raymond J. Ruffin, Sr., both of Morgan City, La; two sisters, Gwendolyn Brown Anderson and Ora Lee Brashear Garner both of Morgan City, La; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
