Vicki Cheek

​Vicki Jo Cheek of Hot Springs passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021. Vicki was born July 16, 1950 to Ronald M. Barger and Joan Harvey in Pasadena, California. Vicki worked for Westinghouse Light Bulb Factory in Little Rock, Arkansas where she met her husband, Ronald Cheek.

​They married on May 6, 1970 and enjoyed the next 51 years of life traveling, raising three daughters, loving their grandchildren, and loving each other along the way. She was a dedicated wife and mother, always putting everyone else before herself.

​ Vicki was survived by her husband, Ronald Cheek of Hot Springs, Arkansas, her brother Ronald (Ronnie) E. Barger of Riverside, California, three daughters; Spring-Holly Cheek, Ronda (Elizabeth) Byrd, and Faith Apodaca all of Hot Springs, Arkansas; four grandchildren Phoenix, Andy, Pleazure, Zachery, and loved her special Aunt Marion Nicholas.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Cleveland with Genesis Cancer Center, CHI St. Vincent of Hot Springs, and Arkansas Hospice.

​ Memorial will be held at Gross Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Arkansas on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10 am.
