She was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, at JRMC. Tracie was the loving daughter of Bobby Edward and Patsy “Pat” Evelyn (Plunkett) Brown.
Tracie is survived by her sons Shawn Thomas Welch, Christopher Chacon; daughter Patty Chacon; and brother Terry Edward Brown of White Hall, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her grandparents John E. and Ruby M. (Newman) Brown and Osborne T. and Evelyn (Abbott) Plunkett all of White Hall, Arkansas.
Tracie graduated from White Hall High School in 2000 and began working at Fred’s Department Store, then Cranford’s Market, both in White Hall, Arkansas. After moving to Hot Springs, she attended classes at National Park College, and also went to work at Walgreens, National Park Medical Center, and then Walmart Pharmacy all as a Senior Pharmacy Tech.
Tracie was loved by all, caring and putting others before herself!!
There will be a visitation held at Gross Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in White Hall, Arkansas on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 starting at 1:00pm with Brother Robert Cossey officiating.
