In the past Tim loved playing golf and tennis with friends and family. He was graduated as an Alumni from Lakeside High School and even was apart of a recent video for the Report to the Public. After High School he attended OBU where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in business. He was also a part of the Lakeside School Board for 12 years, the Lions Club, and the Civil Service Commission for the City of Hot Springs. He served in the National Guard for 6 years and was a member of the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church.
Tim was known for his kindness and selflessness. He would always put others before himself and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed dearly.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Glenna Dean and father in law Gene Counts.
Survivors include Jeanne Dean, his wife of 49 years; Children Courtney Eubanks (Nick) and Ryan Dean (Kelly); Mother in Law Mary Lou Counts; Sisters Susi Reinhardt (Bill), and Jeannie Pryor (Lewis), Grandchildren Mary Kate Eubanks and Karleigh Eubanks; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held at Grand Avenue United Methodist Church, Grand Avenue United Methodist Church, 841 Quapaw Avenue, Hot Springs, AR, 71901, on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00am with a Celebration of Life service to follow.
