Our precious Lord and Savior called our beautiful Savilla home on Sunday morning March 26, 2023. She was 84 years old. Born, Savilla Pearl Westbrook, to Ira and Savilla Westbrook on May 28, 1938 in Williston, Fla. The family moved to Boynton Beach Fla in 1945 where Savilla grew up on their family farm off 441. Savilla loved horses and was a master gardener. She could grow anything. She studied and became highly skilled in the cultivation of orchids and won many awards over the years along with being featured in several books. She was a very talented artist, dancer and could create the most beautiful flower arrangements you could ever imagine. Savilla was remarried to Bob Quick in 1975. They relocated and moved their orchid business to Hot Springs Arkansas in 1998, where she lived the remainder of her life. After Bob passed away, she married Arthur Funderburk of Hot Springs in 2003. He introduced her to horse racing where they had season tickets to Oaklawn Race Track for many years. Savilla loved being around the horses.
