Marion Ann Topham, 86, a longtime resident of Hot Springs Village, passed away Wednesday the 4th of January. Marion was born in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Marion Prince Strange and Thomas Lee McCarty on July 3, 1930. She married the late Jack Topham on February 9, 1952. Marion is survived by her children; Doug Topham, Carrie Mathis (Lewis Mathis) both of HSV, and Jeff Topham (Annie Gloskey) of Louisville, Kentucky, and her grandchildren; Duane Topham and Jimi Topham of East Point, Florida, Zachariah Topham, currently serving aboard the USS Nimitz, Judith Topham and Caroline Topham of Louisville, Kentucky. Memorial may be made in Marion’s memory to the HSV Animal Welfare League, 195 Cloaca Ln., HSV, Arkansas, 71909. A Memorial Service at Village Bible Church will follow at a later date.
