Davidson attended the University of Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Science degree and served as the President of both the Blue Key and Independent Men Society. After graduating, he volunteered with the Peace Corp and later returned to Hot Springs for a career at Humphreys Dairy.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Jo Humphreys and a nephew Richie Humphreys.
Those cherishing his memory are his children, Joy (Timothy) Humphreys-Jones and Jonathan (Brandie) Humphreys and grandchildren Matthew McPherson, Coleman Jones, Fenton Jones, Olivia Jones, Dryden Henthorne, Hunter Henthorne, Liam Humphreys, and Gracie Humphreys. He also leaves behind a brother Richard (Suzanne) Humphreys, a sister-in-law Janie (Gary) Dahl, nieces Mary Humphreys-Gill and Kathy Humphreys, grand nieces Hannah, Rachel and Rebecca Gill and a grand nephew Miller Gill.
Graveside services will be 4 pm Friday at Spurlin Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 pm in the chapel of Gross Funeral Home.
