She was born on September 22, 1926, in Detroit, Michigan, and moved to Hot Springs later in life with her husband to be near their daughter and her family.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Earl B. and Irene G. Eldredge, three brothers and a sister, her sons Michael J. and Robert B., and her husband of 70 years, Victor T.
Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Ernie Hinz of Hot Springs; her daughter-in-law and husband Cheryl and RJ Tessier of Crested Butte, Colorado; her grandchildren whom she adored—Alexander Josef Hinz and his fiancé Tessa of Linden, Virginia; Michael Victor Webber of Big Rapids, Michigan; Nicole Lynn Webber of Stanton, Michigan; Rebecca Kogut of New York; and her precious great granddaughter, Caroline M. Webber of Stanton, Michigan.
The family would like to thank Nancy Winkle and Gratitude of Hearts Elderly Care for the love and special care they provided. They were truly a home away from home and so appreciated.
For Betty Lou’s 95th birthday, her children and grandchildren gathered and celebrated with her in Las Vegas. There will be no service in Hot Springs.
