Patsy Ruth Bailey

Ms. Patsy Bailey was born on May 1, 1945, to John Douglas Hill and Elizabeth Rush Hill, in Memphis, TN.

Patsy was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Gayle Taylor, and her son, Ronald Keith Taylor.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Lisa Taylor, of Hope Mills, NC, her granddaughter, Katlin Sprain and Thomas Sprain, of Nolanville, TX. Her great-grandchildren, Evalyn Kay Sprain and Easton Keith Sprain of Nolanville, TX, and a huge host of family and friends.

She was an amazing lady. In her earlier years, she worked in law enforcement, as a Shelby County Sheriff Deputy. She loved her work. She later moved into Accounting at Thompson & Company, in Memphis, TN. She retired there in 2008. At that time she moved to Hope Mills, NC, to be with her family.

She was a Godly woman and attended New Life Baptist Church, in Hope Mills, for many years, working with children, the elderly, and the Sunshine House. Patsy loved working and helping others. She loved spreading the love of Jesus!

She will be forever loved and missed. She was so special to us all.
